Job Summary
As a Photographer Assistant, you’ll support the lead photographer and help ensure everything runs smoothly. From keeping kids in line and checking them in, to helping with posing and setup — you’ll be essential in making photo day a success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in students
- Assist with posing, especially younger children
- Keep students organized and moving through the process
- Help set up and tear down photo equipment

Photographer – Job Description
Job Summary

As a Photographer for Picture Perfect Images, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to capturing lasting memories for students from Preschool through High School. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where each day brings a new location and the rewarding opportunity to make students and staff smile.
You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down portable photo studios, operating professional camera equipment, and producing high-quality portraits that meet our standards.
Primary Responsibilities
(Include, but are not limited to:)
- Arrive on time at assigned school sites daily
- Work with your team to unload, set up, and tear down photo equipment quickly and efficiently
- Operate professional photography equipment and proprietary photo software
- Photograph up to 300 students per day while maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow with your team
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with school staff and students
- Take on additional tasks or assignments as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with children in any capacity
- Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and photography techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable traveling to and working at different locations each day
- A willingness to learn and grow in school portrait photography
